Starter and Business can add active journeys and editor seats as your practice grows, on a yearly plan. You choose capacity when you buy, and AI credit packs are available on every paid plan. On monthly Starter and hit a limit? Switching to yearly unlocks add-ons and costs less: A$1,800 a year vs. A$2,160.

Common questions about plans, pricing and the free trial.

How much does Traceably cost?

Traceably has three plans. Starter is A$1,800 a year or A$180 a month, Business is A$9,000 a year, and Enterprise is quoted to your scope. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. We'll review other currencies as we enter new markets.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Thirty days free, with no credit card required. The trial includes an import allowance of about five large documents. We can extend a trial on request. Enterprise has no trial, because it's scoped with you.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your workspace becomes read-only and is kept for 12 months. You keep full visibility of everything you built, but you can't edit, create new journeys, use AI or export until you choose a plan.

How do I pay?

By card when you sign up yourself, monthly or yearly on Starter and yearly on Business. Invoicing is available on request for Business and Enterprise through a conversation with us.

Can I pay monthly?

Starter is available monthly at A$180 a month plus GST. Business and Enterprise are billed yearly. Adding journeys or editor seats needs a yearly plan.

What is an editor seat?

An editor seat is for someone who builds and manages journeys across your workspace. People you invite to view, comment or edit a specific journey as a workshop participant don't need one, and there's no limit on how many you invite.

What counts as an active journey?

Any journey that isn't archived. Starter includes 10 active journeys, Business 25 and Enterprise from 75. Archive a journey when you've finished with it, and it stops counting towards your plan. Archive is unlimited on every plan, so you never have to delete work to make room.

What can workshop participants do?

They can edit and comment on the journeys you invite them into, without an editor seat. Each can edit 1 journey at a time on Starter, 2 on Business, and any number on Enterprise.

What are AI credits used for?

AI credits cover importing documents, building journeys from them, generating summaries and asking questions. Each plan includes a monthly pool of 225, 500 or 1,000 credits per editor seat, shared across your organisation and reset each month. Credit packs are available on every paid plan.

Does Traceably support single sign-on?

Yes. Microsoft single sign-on is included on Enterprise, and available as an add-on on Business.

Is onboarding included?

Enterprise includes onboarding in the first year. On Starter and Business, onboarding is self-serve, and paid onboarding is available as an option on Business.
