What are workspaces, and why would we need multiple?

The content within a workspace is shared across all journey maps in that workspace, allowing for consistency and reuse of personas, insights, and other key elements. Multiple workspaces are useful for teams managing different projects, departments, or clients, as they help keep information structured and prevent overlap between unrelated initiatives.

What is a multi-level journey map?

A multi-level journey map allows you to create hierarchical structures within a single map. The Free plan supports up to 2 levels per map, while Pro and Business plans support up to 5 levels.
