Resources

Organise all personas and content within your workspace in one centralised location. Resources section consists of two pages: Personas and Content Library.

Personas
Creating and Managing Personas

You can create new personas and define their key attributes:

  • Image – A visual representation of the persona.
  • Name – The persona’s name.
  • Description – A brief summary of the persona’s characteristics.
  • Colour – The colour used for Persona Actions cards in journey maps.
  • Tags – Labels to help filter and categorise personas.

Grouping Personas

You can also create nested groups of personas to represent different levels of segmentation, by drag-and-dropping personas to create hierarchy levels. For example:

  • Buyers (a high-level persona group)
    • First-time Buyers
    • Experienced Buyers
    • Buyers with Low Digital Literacy
    • Buyers with High Digital Literacy

The hierarchical structure allows for better organisation.

Content Library

Content Library page lists all content cards from all journey maps in the workspace. You can view and manage content cards using Filter, Search, and Group By functions.

Adding Content Cards

You can add new content cards by:

  • Clicking the + Add button at the top right corner of the page, or at the bottom of the list.
  • Use the dropdown arrow on the button to select a specific card type (availability depends on your plan; see Pricing page for details).

Deleting Content Cards

If you need to delete a card, click on the ellipsis in the card row and select Delete.

  • Warning: Deleting a card will permanently delete it from the entire workspace, including all journey maps where it was used.
  • If the card is linked to other items, ensure that deletion will not impact critical data.
